Moong dhal


Ingredients
100 gm moong dhal
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp coriander chopped
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
2 onions, chopped
2 small tomatoes
Quarter tsp turmeric powder
2 green chillies chopped
2 tbsp ghee or butter or oil
Salt to taste
 water

Method
Pressure cook the moong dhal with 3 cups of water .
Take a pan ,heat oil and add cumin seeds ,  onions, green chillies and fry till golden colour.
 Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Now add tomatoes and turmeric powder and saute it for a  minute till tomatoes becomes soft.
Mash the moong dal well and pour it in the pan and add enough water to make it to a thin consistency and bring it to boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Dhal is ready.
