Maida - 2 cups
Curd -1 cup
Baking powder -1/4 Tsp
Sugar -1/2 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tsp
Salt- To taste
Coriander leaves chopped- 1Tsp
Mint leaves chopped -1Tsp
Basil leaves chopped - 1 Tsp
Milk - For kneading
Method
Take maida, baking powder and slat in a bowl and mix dahi ,oil,sugar,dhania, pudina and basil. Leave it covered for 10 minutes. Mash and mix together.
Add little milk and knead a dough. Cover and leave it for two hours. Grease hands. Cutout balls of equal size . Press with your hands and flatten them as a naan and bake in a hot tandoor or tawa. Serve hot with butter.
