Colourful roti


Ingredients
1 cup dough (wheat flour kneaded with 3spoons of tomato puree)
1 cup dough (wheat flour kneased with one cup of boiled,minced spinach (palak)
1 cup dough (wheat flour)








Method
Roll out all the three types of dough in a circle.  Now stack the rolls one over one, first tomato roll , spinach roll and then wheat roll.  Press with your palms.  Roll this roti and cut out into small pieces in such a manner each ball consist of all the three colours. Roll this in to a roti with roller. Heat roti pan , spread  1 tsp oil and cook the roti on both sides. Spread butter on the rotis and serve crisp.
