Tomato rice


Ingredients

Cooked rice              4 cup
Oil                             4 Tsp
Mustard seeds         1Tsp
Green chillies           1Tsp
Onions chopped       1/2 cup
Tomatoes chopped  1 cup
Curry leaves            1Tsp

Method

Cook rice and keep aside. In a kadai heat cooking oil, add mustard seeds, green chillies, onions, tomatos and curry leaves and cook until tomatoes are cooked nicely. Turn off the stove.  Add the cooked  rice little by little and mix well slowly . Now tasty tomato rice is ready to eat.
