Idli manchurian

Ingredients

Idly- 4 
maida-2tsp
cornflour-1 tsp
Onion-1 (chopped)
Garlic-1 tsp(chopped)
Ginger-1 tsp(chopped)
Tomato puree-4 tbsp
Red chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Soya sauce-2 tbsp
Green chilles-2 (slit)
Spring onion-4 tbsp(chopped)
Cilantro- for garnishing
Oil- for frying

Method
Take a big bowl add maida , cornflour and enough water to make a medium paste. Cut the idlis in to 4 to 6 piexes.Dip the cut idli in this mixture and deep fry in oil.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger,g.chillies,onion & saute for 2 mins.
Add all sauces & fried idly .
Garnish with spring onion, cilantro & serve hot.
