Aloo tikki

Ingredients 
Potato  -4
Bread     -4 slices
Onion    -2chopped
Green chillies- 4 chopped
Cumin seeds  - 1 tsp
Corriander leaves
Oil
Salt – To taste



Method 
Steam potatoes and peel the skin.Mash the potatoes.Take the bread slices and cut the outer brown crust.Dip the bread slices in water and squeeze out the water gently.
Add the wet bread with the mashed potatoes.
Add the chopped onions, chillies, cummin, salt and coriander  with  potato.
Knead it and make it into big lemon sized balls and flatten it.
Fry it in the oil until it gets a golden brown color.If you are a health conscious person you can shallow fry in a tawa with a little oil.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
