Ingredients 
Bajra: 200 gms
Salt to taste 
Water: As required 
Ghee: 50gms 


Method
 Mix  flour, salt and water to make a dough and knead well. Make small balls. 
 Sprinkle bajra on a flat surface, place the dough on it. Flatten the dough, like a thick roti. 
 Put it on the hot tawa. Cook both sides. 
 Place it directly on the hot flame till done. 
 Apply ghee when hot.
