Bhindi fry

Ingredients 

Bhindi: 500 gms 
Onion:1cup
Garlic (crushed): 4 cloves 
Pepper powder: ½ tsp 
Oil: 1 tsp 
Salt  

Method 
Wash  bhindi and  dry completely. 
Chop the bhindi into small round pieces. 
Lightly heat oil in a non-stick pan. 
Add onion and fry for a minute and add  bhindi and salt and cook on a low flame. 
Toss at regular intervals. 
When the bhindi is  done sprinkle pepper powder and toss it. 
 Serve with hot Rotis.
