Cucumber raita



Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cucumber, grated or sliced
1 green or red chili,finely chopped 
cumin powder 1/4 tsp
black pepper,
salt to taste
1-2 springs of coriander leaves
Method
In a bowl beat the yogurt.
Add all the other ingredients mix well and chill.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
