Method
1. In a pan take chapati atta , cooking oil, and salt add little water, mix it well to make a soft dough Keep it aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes make 4 or 5 balls out of this . 2. In another vessel mash the potatoes, add green coriander leaves, chilli powder , cummin powder & lemon juice and mix it and divide it in to 4 or 5 balls. 3. Take a ball from dough and roll it in circular shape and keep one potato ball inside , close it and roll it slowly for 1 inch thickness occasionally dusting with atta. 4. Take a tava and keep it on medium heat. , Place the paratha on hot tava. When it gets little brown, apply oil or ghee.Turn it and again apply oil or ghee on other side. 5. Keep turning simultaneously until it gets golden brown. Tasty Aloo Parathas are ready!!! Serve it with curd or pickles. |
