vegetable roll
Ingredients
For covering
Refined flour                    -  1 cup

Bengal gram flour (besan - 1/2 cup
Rawa                              - 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour           -1/2 cup

For filling
Sprouts                          - 1 cup
Potatoes                        -1/2 cup
Paneer or tofu                -1/2 cup
Salt                                -To taste
Chat masala                   -To taste
Coriander leaves            - 1tsp
Green chillies                 - 4 chopped finely
Oil                                - For frying




Method

Covering
Add refined flour ,wheat flour ,rawa ,besan pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil and knead it with water.
Cover & keep it aside in a big bowl.

Filling
Grate the potatoes & paneer and keep aside in a bowl.
Add sprouts with paneer mixture
Chop the coriander leaves, green chillies . chat masala , salt & sprouts mixture.
Make a chapati of your dough, fill with sprouts mixture & fold it in rectangular shape seal it with the help of refined flour & water paste.
Deep fry it till it turns golden colour.
Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
