Coconut macaroons

Ingredients
Shredded coconut - 1 cup ( 200 ml)
Sugar                    - 5 spoons
Vanilla extract       - 1 tsp
Sweetened condensed milk - 100 ml

Method
Grate the coconut.
Take the condensed milk and mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls on to the baking tray.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes.
Let ot cool and then remove.
Makes about 30 coconut macaroons.
