Cup cake

Ingredients: 
Two cups all-purpose flour
Three-fourth cup milk
Half cup peanut butter
One-third cup shortening
One-and-a-half cups sugar
Two eggs
Two tsps baking powder
One tsp vanilla essence
Half tsp salt


Method: 
- Take a medium bowl and combine peanut butter, shortening and vanilla essence. Beat well to cream the ingredients.
- Add sugar and beat till the mixture gets light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. 

- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, alternating with milk.
- Pour the batter in paper bake cups filling only half.
- Bake the cup cakes for 20 minutes.
- Remove and frost the cupcakes with peanut butter.

Ingredients: 
One cup powdered sugar
One cup peanut butter
A dash of salt
Five tbsps of butter, at room temperature
One-third cup heavy whipping cream
One tsp vanilla

Method: 
- With an electric mixer, cream the peanut butter with the butter until very smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and the salt. Add slowly and mix thoroughly. Use the mixer on low until you get it all mixed thoroughly.
- Now, add the heavy whipping cream and the vanilla. Beat on low, until smooth.
