Ingredients:
Oats- 1cupMustard seed- ½ tsp
Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Green chillies - two
Urad dal- ½ tsp
Chana dal- ½ tsp
Curry leaves -3-4
Onion-1 chopped
Vegetables-1 cup chopped (carrot, beans peas)
Oil- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, urad dal , chana dal and curry leaves.
Add onion and vegetables.
Add 1 cup water and salt .
Bring water to boil and add oats and stir continuously.
Allow it to cook for 3 minutes .
Serve with sambar or coriander chutney.
