Vegetable pulao

Ingredients
Onions   - 1 cup chopped
Cauliflower  - 1/2 cup shredded
Peas           - 1/2 cup
Beans         - 1/2 cup chopped
Carrot        -1/2 cup chopped
Capsicum   -1/2 cup chopped
coriander powder  -1 Tsp
Curd   -1/2 cup
Coconut milk   - 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder-1/2 Tsp
Chilli powder              -1/2 Tsp
Cardomoms   - 2
Bay leaves             - 2
Oil                       - 4 Tsp
Ghee                    - 1 Tsp
Salt                        - To taste
Coriander leaves  - 2 Tsp
Basmati rice             - 2 Cup

Preparation
Wash all the vegetables.
 Heat oil fry cardomom,bay leaves onion lightly.
 Add rice and fry thouroughly.
Add all the vegetables , and spices, curd, coconut milk, 3 cup water ( If you are not adding coconut milk, add 2 cup water.) except ghee and coriander leaves.
Cover the cook for two whistles.
Allow it to cool . Add ghee and coriander leaves and serve hot with raitha.
