Mango mousse


Ingredients:

Mango puree 500ml
Sugar 175gm
Egg yolk 4
Milk 50ml
Gelatin 15gm
Whipped cream 1000ml
Fresh mango slices 200gm


Method:
- Boil the milk. Add sugar
- Beat the egg yolk and mix with boiled milk
- Add melted gelatin and mango puree
- Cool down and fold with whipped cream
- Put in glass bowl and garnish with chopped mango
- Put in freezer for 2 hours
