Mixed vegetable pulao |
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Peas -1/2 cup
Beans chopped-1 cup
Carrot -1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Onions -1cup
Red chilli powder-1Tsp
Dhania powder -1Tsp
Garam masala-1Tsp
Cardamom - 3
Bay leaves -2
Oil -6 Tsp
Basmati rice -2 cups
Salt - To tasteGreen chillies -2
Curd - 1cup
Ghee - 2Tsp
Water - 2cups
Method
Wash and chop all the vegetables. Heat oil and fry onion, cardamom, bay leaves.
Add all the vegetables, rice and fry thoroughly.
Add red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
Add water and pressure cook for two whistles.
After opening the pressure cooker add ghee and mix softly.
Serve hot with raitha.
