Rava ladoo/sooji laddoo




Ingredients
2 cups Rava/sooji
cups sugar
1 cup ghee
4 cardamoms  powdered
10 cashew nuts



Method
Roast  sooji to a light golden colour. Collect it in a bowl.

Mix the sugar, roasted sooji and cardamom and grind it in a mixer to a fine powder.
Heat ghee and fry the cashew nuts and
add this to the sooji sugar mixture and mix it well.
Shape into small round  laddoos  when it is hot.
