Ingredients
Chocolate -150gms
White butter 30gms
Kahlua 25ml
Egg -1
Sugar 2tsp
Coffee powder 1/2tsp
Method
Mix egg yolk and sugar well.
Melt white butter and chocolate in a double boiler and whip together. Add kahlua and coffee.
Fold into the egg yolk and sugar.
Whisk cream and fold in.
Set in the refrigerator.
