Vegetable biriyani



Ingredients


100g onion
Garlic 4 cloves
100g edible oil
2 tomatoes chopped
50g curd
1/2 spoon lemon juice
2 tsp g Briyani Masala powder 
300g vegetables chopped
(Beans, carrot, cauliflower ,mushroom,peas)
 3 cups water 
2 cups biriyani rice
salt to taste
mint leaves
coriander leaves
Ghee 




Preparation

Fry  onion in  edible oil in a pressure cooker. Add  garlic ,tomatoes,  curd,   lemon juice.  Add biriyani Masala and vegetables and fry for 1 minute. Add  water,  briyani rice, salt to taste,  mint leaves and cook till 2 whistle. After 15 minutes add ghee over the biriyani and garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty briyani is ready to serve.
