Moong chila:
1 Cup Moong dal Soaked for 5 hours
3 Green Chillies
1/2 Inch Ginger
1/2 Cup Semolina
1/4 Cup Greated Carrot
½ Cup Finely Chopped
Onions
½ Cup Capsicums
½ Finely Chopped Tomatoes
½ Cup Sprouts
¼ Cups of Low fat Yogurt
2 Tsp Coriander leaves
¼ Tsp Chilly Powder
Salt To taste
4Tsp Oil
Method
Strain the Moong dal &Rinse with water.
Take dal, chillies, ginger, & grind to a paste using
little water.
Add the semolina & mix well.
Stir in all the vegetables,sprouts, yogurt, coriander &
the seasoning.
Add ¼ cup water & mix Well.
Heat a nonstick pan & Spread ½ Cup batter to make a
5inch pancake using ½ tsp oil cook on low heat till done on both sides.
