spaghetti in cream sauce |
Spaghetti (cooked): 160 gm
Fresh cream: 150 ml
Spinach leaf thinly sliced: 100 gm
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
Chopped garlic: 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Fresh basil: 2 gm
Grated parmesan cheese: 25 gm
Butter: 1 tsp
Method
Heat pan and add olive oil, garlic , onion and red chillies flakes.
Saute' garlic-onion lightly ,add chopped tomatoes and add fresh cream till thick.
Add boiled spaghetti, toss it.
Add washed spinach leaves and salt.
Finish with cheese, basil and butter.
Garnish with oregano and serve hot.
