Dal recipe

Ingredients 
 Black urad dal (whole) - 1 cup
 White butter  2 Tsp
 Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
 Ginger-garlic paste -1 Tsp
 Red chilly paste -1/2 Tsp
 Fresh cream - 2 Tsp
 Kasuri methi powder -1Tsp
 Salt to taste 

Method
 Thoroughly wash black urad dal, and  soak it for three  hours. 
 Pressure cook dal till soft. 
 Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, tomato puree and white butter in the dal and cook it on a   slow fire till well done. 
 Finish it with kasuri methi and fresh cream. 
Serve with roti.
