baingan bharta
Ingredients
Baingan: 4 large
Onion: 2
Garlic: 5 cloves
Green chillies-2
Tomatoes-1 chopped
Garam masala: ½ tsp
Curd: 4spoon
Salt
Ghee: 3 tsp




Method
Chop the onion finely.
Put the brinjal on the gas flame till it becomes pulpy.
Peel the brinjal stem and beat the pulp so it becomes bharta.
Add garam masala, curd and allow it to cool.
Heat oil and add onion , garlic , green chillies and fry for a minute.
Add tomatoes and salt and cook for a minute.
Add the baingan mix and cook covered for a while till the moisture dries up.
Garnish with coriander leaves and ghee.
