Jodhpuri mirch paneer

Ingredients: 
Paneer cubes -250gms
Green chillies -5 chopped
Tomatoes -3 chopped
Onions -3 chopped
Ginger garlic paste -
Garam masala -1/2 Tsp
Dried red chillies -4
Jeera -1 Tsp
Oil
Salt -To taste
Coriander leaves


Preparation 
Soak and grind the red chillies.
Heat oil, add jeera, onions and fry till golden colour.
Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, tomatoes and chopped green chillies.
Fry till masala leaves the sides of the pan.
Add salt and garam masala.
Add the paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes and serve with hot roti or naans.
