Tomato rasam
Ingredients
Oil   - 30ml
Curry leaves  -15
Mustard seeds   -1tsp
Red chillies   - 2
Green chillies chopped -2
Imli water  - 100ml
Salt     - To taste
Coriander seeds

Dry powder
Jeera  -5gram
Black pepper  - 5 gram
Garlic -5 gram
Lemon wedges  -1
Water  - 5 cups



Method
Mix jeera , pepper, garlic together and make a fine powder in a blender.
Heat oil, add mustard ,red chillies ,curry leaves, saute till mustard seeds crackle.
Add chopped tomatoes . Then add green chillies and add water.Boil for 5 minutes.
Then add imli water, salt , dry powder. Boil for two more minutes. Finish with lemon juice.  Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with papadum.
