Crispy potato balls

Crispy potato ball  is a very easy recipe and anyone can try this. Generally children like all recipes with potato. 

Ingredients
Potato  - 3 (medium)
Cornflour – 4 Tsp
Breadcrumbs-2Tsp
Salt             - To taste
Red chilli powder- 1 Tsp
Oil      - For frying

Method
Wash  potatoes well.
Boil the potatoes until soft with water and pinch of salt.
Allow it to cool. Peel the skin and mash it well.
Add salt, red chilli powder and make this in to small balls.
Add little water to the corn flour. Mix it well. Dip the balls in to the corn flour mixture.
Roll this in the bread crumbs until fully coated.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with tomoto sauce.
