Ingredients
- Tiny pieces of whole wheat bread-1 cup
- Chopped green chillies
- Chopped green chillies
- 1 chopped onion
-1/2 Tsp garlic
- 1 chopped tomato
- ½ tablespoon of ginger
- 8 to 10 curry leaves
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- ½ tablespoon of mustard seeds
- ½ tablespoon of cumin powder
- 1/4th tablespoon of hing (asafoetida)
- Chopped coriander to garnish .

Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and let mustard seeds and cumin seeds sizzle in piping hot oil.
2.Add chopped onions, green chillies garlic and curry leaves. Stir fry them nicely.
3. Now add chopped tomatoes to it and cook it thoroughly for 3 minutes.
4. Now add bread pieces. Cook only for a minute .
5. Garnish with coriander and cashews.
6 .Serve with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
