Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 Cup
Grated paneer  - 2 spoon(garnish)
Coriander – 1 Tsp chopped (garnish)
ghee – 4 tbsp
onion – 2 chopped
1/2 cup milk
Ginger -1/2 Tsp chopped
Green chillies -1/2 Tsp chopped
Tomatoes -3 chopped
Cardamoms -2 crushed
Beaten curd -1/4 cup
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp.
Garam masala -1/2 tsp.

Cream  - for garnishing
Salt

Method:
Cut paneer into pieces.
Heat 2 Tsp ghee add onion, ginger, chillies and cardamom and sauté for a minute and add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes become soft.
Now add curd and cook in a medium flame for a minute and switch off the gas.
Blend in a mixer till smooth.
Take a pan, heat 2 Tsp ghee and add the gravy, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
Cook until it becomes a thick gravy.
Add milk and paneer fingers and cook for a while.
Garnish with cream, coriander and grated paneer.

Shahi paneer is ready to serve with roti/Naan.
