Spinach leaves -2 cup
Onion -2 Tsp chopped
Corn flour- 1 tbsp

Method
Wash spinach, remove the thick stems.
Heat butter add onion and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until the onions are transparent and now add spinach leaves and sauté for a minute.
Add water and cook for 2 minutes.
Allow it to cool and strain. Puree this in a mixer.
Add milk, strained water and heat this mixture for 3 minutes.
Mix corn flour in half cup water and add it to the mixture and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.
